Excellent location near metro and in safe area with restaurants and shops. Friendly and professional staff. Well-equipped apartment with rooftop terrace. Recommend to friends and family.

Situation and staff.

Would have liked having a window in the bathroom. Linnen in bed.

Rooms here were equipped with double bed and sofa and a separate bedroom. Favourable location for the town in a quiet area. Amicable staff.

Didn't find airconditioning.

The location was super convenient for exploring all the attractions, and the area was not too touristy. The agent gave us amazing local recommendations including a mind-blowing restaurant where we got free cava, amuse-bouches, and a free pudding. The apartment had everything we needed and more, with friendly and helpful staff. It was also close to the center, had a calm atmosphere, and had updated bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The double lock system made us feel secure. Loved the pubs and cafes in the area. The representative was courteous and gave us a great map for getting around. The only improvement would be providing containers for recycling.

Too hot in summer, very small, bad price/quality ratio, hard to communicate with the staff responsible, no receipt, without reimbursement, is not recommended. Contraté un studio por 8 noches a 85€ por noche, para mi sorpresa dado el precio no tenía aire acondicionado solo una pequeña ventana interna y un pequeño ventilador. Llegue a Barcelona a fines de junio de 2012, a una pequeña habitación en un segundo piso por escalera y el lugar estaba tan caliente que era imposible dormir allí. Tuve que irme a dormir a un hotel tres estrellas el cual por un menor costo tenía aire acondicionado y frigobar. Al día siguiente devolví las llaves pero no pude recuperar nada de mi dinero, políticas de cancelación dijo Silvia (quien no respondía a los reiterados llamados a su tel). A mi entender cancelar por no poder viajar es una cosa y cancelar por ser insatisfactorio el lugar es otra muy distinta, me cobro hasta la limpieza cuando no use el dpto. Por otra parte era muy pequeño, no había lugar donde apoyar la ropa, un pequeño placard ocupado con abrigos de cama y una estufa!!). El pequeño baño tenía por ventana un agujero. Silvia tampoco me entregó factura alguna habiéndola solicitado previamente por internet. La peor experiencia de mi vida y la más cara.

the apartment is very clean and is in a peaceful neighborhood, but very near from the city centre and a few steps to the Sainta Familia. We like the kitchen and a living room, is perfect for family or friends!

loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious flat. It exceeded our expectations and was even better than our previous visit to Barcelona. The friendly staff and helpful tips from Sylvia and Francesca made our city holiday unforgettable. Gaudi's authentic building and the vibrant surroundings were a perfect combination.

The 1 person studio I rented was small but bigger than most one beds hotel rooms I have been in Germany, think 12 - 14m2 .. as 2m tall guy I was perfectly happy there. To my surprise it had all the basic amenities e.g. washing machine, full kitchen with macrowave & toaster. Staff spoke very good English and was able to get me saddle in quickly and gave me good advice where to best to go in the city. The apartment block is in a very good area of barcelona with bakery, supermarket and lots of cafe's within walking distance.

Only downside of the apartment is that they don't have any wireless internet but it was OK to live without it for a couple of nights and there are plenty of cafes around that offer free wireless.

Fully furnished and clean. Good for those who want quick access to the city center.

Everything great.

The apartment was like an ikea showroom, what you see is what you get. Excellent place to stay with your love ones or family. The suburb is great for food & people are so friendly. Not forgetting that this place is only 10 mins away from Metro l4 & l5. I would definitely recommend for anyone who is visiting Barcelona for the 1st time or return visits.

The place is very convenient and safe,supermarkt,cafe,metro station verdauger just few mins away from apartment,there has hairdryer now but no tissue or tiolet paper,reception is also nice ,if have wirless would be 100% perfect.

Big and spacious apartment. Cozy balcony and 2 bathrooms. Lovely neighborhood with restaurants and tapas bars. Close to subway for easy access to city center. Comfy beds, good size. Strong wifi in living room/kitchen, weaker in bedroom.

Very nice clean , tidy appartment, good area with all the aminities close by. Also cafes ,dining places and local friendly shops and people nearby. Would stay there again when i go to Barcelona.

The location of the apartments is perfect, surrounded by lovely coffee shops and restaurants. Guests have mentioned that the area is calm and peaceful, ensuring a good night's sleep. the apartments are also conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Sagrada Familia and Passeig de Gracia.

Some guests were disappointed with the outdated TV in the apartment, suggesting that an upgrade would be beneficial for entertainment purposes.
